This Bordeaux is issued from the Libournais vineyards. The Libournais is one of the 7 areas that the Bordeaux counts. It is a very interesting one as it is next to the Saint Emilion vineyards by offering much affordable prices with very close characteristics. The particcularity of crus of Boordeaux is that their classification was establ8shed in the 19th century. Since that time, nothing changed about it even if winemakers and astle owners changed. That is a paradox that only Bordeaux wines know.
However, this classification gives the opportunity to connoisseurs to find good bargains. Pomerol wines is one of them.
