This Alsace red wine is a light fruity one produced on the famous Wine road by a passionate family we have been knowing for about 30 years.
The vineyard is perfectly located on the Eastern side of the Vosges mountains.
This Pinot Noir will be perfect with fish all meats, charcuterie, the famous Choucroute ( or sauerkraut dishes ) & cheese.
It can also be used warm with spices or liquor for feeling warmer or help in treating colds.
A last original way to use it is also to add it to broth or light soups just like it is consumed during Winter times in some French areas.
